Public Hearing on Charter School Petition
The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 7 at 6:30p.m. in the Dublin High School Library.

The district is in receipt of a charter school petition from Tri-Valley Learning Corporation (TVLC): . The petition was submitted to the district on August 8, 2011.
In accordance with Education Code section 47605 (b), we are scheduling a public hearing. The purpose of the public hearing is for the Board to consider the level of support for the petition by teachers employed by the district, other employees of the district, parents and members of the Dublin community. Attendees will have the opportunity to address the Board regarding the petition.
