The 11 representatives for Fallon and the CJSF club were fortunate enough to meet other clubs in addition to participating in different workshops varying from artistic to athletic activities.
The conference’s theme for this year was “Harry Potter,” and the workshops were based around key points of Harry Potter and included both athletic activities such as Quidditch and information workshops about college preparation.
It was a great opportunity for CJSF members to meet new people who have the same goals as them.
Ms. Harris spoke about “how different all the schools are, but how they are basically all the same in terms of their goals and ambitions.”
The conference boosted interaction and connections with other CSF and CJSF clubs who had similar interests.
At the end of the conference, they announced the winners of two different awards in which CJSF and CSF members received generous scholarship money.
They also announced where next year’s conference will be held. The three advisors at Fallon were pleased that they were selected to host next year’s conference for the Central West Coast with the assistance of ’s CSF program.
The theme for the program is “Mind, Body, School.” Fallon look forward to hosting the event next year.
