Canceled: Swalwell Holds Meetings On Emergency Preparation
Meetings will be held in Dublin and San Lorenzo.
Editor's Note: U.S. Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) called off the trainings due to concerns about the new coronavirus.
Press Release From the Office of Rep. Eric Swalwell: The Office of Rep. Eric Swalwell will host Emergency Preparedness Trainings later this month in Dublin and San Lorenzo.
“California – particularly our 15th Congressional District – is a great place to live, but we’re prone to certain risks. We have earthquakes, wildfires, and mudslides; our beautiful Bay Area’s international profile could make us a target for terrorism; and public health issues like the new coronavirus can impact our day-to-day lives,” Swalwell said. “These aren’t things we should worry about constantly, but they are things for which we should be prepared. To help you be ready, my office will host two Emergency Preparedness Trainings later this month.”
