Talk Scheduled On Preventing Voter Suppression

From the Tri-Valley Women’s Action Group: Andrea Miller will speak about her campaign to contact millions of “de-registered” voters of color and empower them to register and vote by contacting them through postcards, texts and phone calls. She will present her past campaign results and how Tri-Valley can support the campaign through funding and volunteering. The event is hosted by Tri-Valley Women’s Action Group partnered with Livermore Indivisible, OFA East Bay Central, and Swing Left Tri-Valley.

Who: Andrea Miller, Founding Board Member of the Center for Common Ground and Reclaim Our Vote. Reclaim Our Vote is a volunteer-driven, nonpartisan voter outreach campaign. It is organized by the Center for Common Ground of Virginia, with the help of the NAACP, Black Voters Matter, VoteRiders, DemLabs, Mi Familia Vota, and other organizations.
