The City of El Cerrito and the West Contra Costa Unified School District will be holding a community meeting to provide information and receive comments on Korematsu Middle School and Castro Park, specifically school-related traffic, parking and bus routing as well as shared-use of the park.

TIME: 6:30 – 8:00 pm

LOCATION: El Cerrito City Hall: 10890 San Pablo Avenue, El Cerrito, CA 94530

City and District staff will be present including Yvetteh Ortiz, Public Works Director/City Engineer; Luis Freese, District Chief Engineering Officer; and Principal Matt Burnham, among others.

At the meeting, the public can:

· Receive information on school-related traffic, parking, and bus routing, and shared-use of park

· Learn about City of El Cerrito and West Contra Costa Unified School District proposed efforts to respond to neighborhood concerns and next steps

· Ask City and District staff questions and provide comments and feedback
