
EL CERRITO, CA — A Richmond man was arrested Sunday morning after allegedly jumping a fence and setting up camp at a business in El Cerrito, according to police.
Officers responded to an address in the 11800 block of San Pablo Avenue just after 11 a.m. on report of a man sleeping behind an office gate he had tried to pry open with a knife.
Police allegedly found the 27-year-old in his camp on the back deck and arrested him on suspicion of probation violation, possession of burglary tools, knives and a methamphetamine pipe.
