Free Fitness Classes
Enjoy all has to offer for free on Tuesday. Class times are 9:20 am, 4:50 pm and 6 pm.
Each class is one hour long, and is a total body workout -- about 35-40 minutes of aerobic dance exercise, followed by 20-25 minutes of strength training, toning and stretching. Come prepared to dance, sweat, sing and laugh for an hour. No clothing purchase necessary to take the classes.

As an added thank you for shopping with us on Tuesday, all shoppers can take advantage of our Free Membership Sale -- joining fees are $0 and the remainder of May is $0 on Tuesday, May 17 only.
