• Escondido Mother Still Searches for Son Missing Since 2015, Building Sky Alert Foundation to Help Families Find Loved Ones Across North County (centralrecorder.com) — An Escondido mother is still searching for her son, Skylar Tosic, 11 years after he disappeared near Highway 78, and she's asking anyone with information to come forward. Out of her experience she created the Sky Alert Foundation, which now helps North County families quickly organize searches, coordinate with law enforcement, and spread alerts when loved ones go missing.
