• In Your Town for June 23, 2026 (marinij.com) — A historic 1920 Craftsman cottage at 145 Bolinas Road in Fairfax just won Planning Commission approval for a major elevation and expansion to meet flood-zone rules. The project will raise the home 2 feet, add new rear space, and preserve one of the town’s few remaining early vacation-era cottages.
