• ALWS Game 12: Mississippi wraps up perfect pool play finish (legion.org) — Fairfield's American Legion Expos wrapped up their American Legion World Series pool play with a 6-2 loss to Tupelo, Mississippi, finishing their strong national run after a dramatic Western Regional title. The Fairfield squad still showcased solid hitting, including a late two‑run homer, in front of a national audience in Shelby, North Carolina.
