Caregiving is one of the most difficult tasks you can undertake and requires vigilance on the part of the caregiver to make sure both people’s needs are being met. This workshop will offer great info on how to take care of yourself as a caregiver and info on helping keep balance in your life through exercise, social support and education while you are caregiving for another.
