Ye Old Renaissance Fayre Invades Fair Oaks
People from all over Sacramento turned out for the annual event held at Fair Oaks Park.
Local knaves and wenches showed up to the 25th annual Fair Oaks Renaissance Fayre for their favourite foods, including flagons of ales, meads and roasted meats as a sampling of the time's entertainment.
More than 500 performers and 50+ merchants took part in this year's festivities. Various smithies forging swords and armour offered their goods, while roving groups of gypsies and merchants had their available apothecaries, enchantments and remedies available as well.
