Foster City Home Improvement Workshop to Promote Energy Savings

A group promoting energy and water saving home improvement projects will host a homeowner workshop for Foster City residents on Thursday night.

Energy Upgrade California says the workshop aims to help homeowners learn how they can lower utility bills, reduce their impact on the environment and support the local economy.

Up to $10,000 in cash incentives is available for home improvement upgrades, EUC says.

EUC will host the 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. event at the Foster City Library/Community Center (1000 East Hillsdale Boulevard) in the Wind Room.

Admission to the event is free.

The event is sponsored by the city and county.
