Foster City is home to a at the (PJCC). To give an up-close and personal view of the market, Foster City Patch has been interviewing a different local vendor every Wednesday in our "Meet a Farmer" series.
This week, we chatted with Blue Ocean Smokehouse, which sells a variety of freshly caught and smoked fish. Everything is caught wild, and is never frozen. Black cod, king salmon, sock eye salmon, and albacore tuna are only some of the several types of fish sold by Blue Ocean at the Foster City Farmer's Market.
