Updated: Drug Bust Yields $1.4 Million in Marijuana and Cocaine
Two search warrants in Fountain Valley and Huntington Beach yielded a drug stash with significant street value.

A 34-year-old free on bail on narcotics charges was arrested again when police recovered 115 pounds of marijuana and pound and a half of cocaine worth about $1.3 million from residences in Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley, police said today.
Jace Remington was booked on suspicion of possession of marijuana and cocaine for sale following searches Tuesday in the 6300 block of Myrtle Drive in Huntington Beach and the 8600 block of El Cerro Circle in Fountain Valley, according to Fountain Valley police.
Police recovered 115 pounds of marijuana with a street value of $1.3 million and 1.5 pounds of cocaine with a street value of $63,193, in the searches of the two residences, police said.

Remington posted bail and was released from Orange County jail on Wednesday, according to jail records.
Remington was previously facing charges related to an arrest in June, according to court records.

In the June case, Remington was charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell, sale or transport of a controlled substance, possession for sale of marijuana, sale or transport of marijuana, and possession of concentrated cannabis, all felonies.
Remington also faces misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence and on a suspended or revoked license. Remington also faces a sentencing enhancement for committing a secondary offense while released from custody, according to court records.
