OAKLAND – Today, Alameda County District Attorney Nancy E. O’Malley announced an alliance with prosecutors from Contra Costa, Marin, Santa Clara, San Francisco, San Joaquin, and San Mateo counties, law enforcement, and state agencies to combat the recent increase in organized retail theft.
