Canoe On Placid Lake: Fremont Photo Of The Day
Quarry Lakes looks glorious following the rain!

FREMONT, CA — Tom Regner took this eye-catching photo in Fremont earlier this month. He told Patch in an email that this snapshot "taken late afternoon on Friday 1/13/23 at Quarry Lakes Regional Park, shows local folks out enjoying the brief respite from the seemingly endless storms we've been experiencing! The lake was much fuller than it was a month ago, and the pelicans are back! But it was this bright red boat that caught my full attention with the green hills in the background."
The colors are intense, but the canoe certainly sets off this photo!
Thank you for sharing it, Tom.
