Free blood pressure and glucose screenings for seniors are held each Tuesday between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Fremont Senior Center located at 40086 Paseo Padre Parkway.

The center also offers other free services to seniors on an ongoing basis at different times including legal assistance, social security and health insurance counseling and estate planning. It offers health and wellness classes as well. Call the center for a schedule and more information.
