Man With Machete Arrested In Fremont
The man was in a fight with another person when police were called. He also had a stolen handgun on him, police said.

FREMONT, CA — A homeless man armed with a machete, a knife, and a loaded handgun which had been reported stolen during a residential burglary was arrested in Fremont Sunday. Vincent Wilson, 33, was booked at Santa Rita Jail.
Police were called shortly before noon about a fight between two people in the 4900 block of Stevenson Boulevard.
A witness told a dispatcher that one of them was holding what appeared to be a sword.

When officers arrived, they ordered the man to surrender and he followed commands.
No injuries were reported.
