Police are trying to identify and find her accomplice.

PALO ALTO, CA – A 26-year-old Fremont woman was arrested Monday in Hayward in connection with a recent theft at Urban Outfitters in Palo Alto, but a cohort in the crime is not yet identified, according to police.
An employee at the store in Stanford Shopping Center called police July 10 at 2:45 p.m. after reportedly seeing two women steal "numerous articles of clothing," stuff them into bags and then run from the store, the Palo Alto Police Department said on Thursday.
A witness followed the suspects and obtained the license number of the getaway car, which led to the arrest of Tonisha Harris, police said.
