Medical Emergency Blamed For Fremont Crash

FREMONT, CA — A 77-year-old Fremont woman suffered a medical emergency as she was driving Tuesday, causing her to crash into two parked vehicles. The woman is hospitalized in critical condition. No one else was injured.

The crash happened at about 3:15 p.m. in the 42900 block of Starr Court at Via Puebla.

According to the police investigation, the woman was driving a Jaguar east on Starr when she drifted left and crashed into a parked Honda Pilot. The force of the crash pushed the Honda into a parked Volvo.

The woman's name is not being released.
