Overturned Truck Snarled Mission Boulevard Traffic Through Evening Commute
Mission Boulevard was blocked, forcing detours and snail speed traffic.
FREMONT, CA — An overturned big rig on Mission Boulevard in Fremont at I-680 north spilled sand on the road, forcing the complete closure of Mission for several hours.
Motorists were advised to use alternative routes, but those routes are already busy during the commute, slowing everything to a crawl.
The driver was injured. An update on his condition is not available.
