Injured Bobcat Suffered Broken Pelvis, Possible Head Injuries
The bobcat is receiving critical care at Lindsay Wildlife Experience in Walnut Creek.

WALNUT CREEK, CA — A bobcat found on the side of a road near Crockett on Tuesday has a broken pelvis and possible head injuries, according to Lindsay Wildlife Experience in Walnut Creek where he's being treated.
Lindsay Wildlife posted photos on its Facebook page Wednesday of the fully-grown male bobcat, which was found when California Highway Patrol officers responded at about 1:25 p.m. Tuesday to a report of an injured
animal on the side of Cummings Skyway east of Crockett Boulevard.
The animal remains in critical care at the Walnut Creek facility.

Veterinarians "are still trying to figure out how extensive his injuries are and the best course of action," Lindsay Wildlife officials said in the Facebook post.

They have confirmed that he has a broken pelvis.
