• Tesla erased 14 years of car making in 46 days, and filmed the whole thing (interestingengineering.com) — Tesla has ripped out the longtime Model S and X assembly line at its Fremont factory in just 46 days, freeing the space for future Optimus humanoid robot production. While Model 3 and Y manufacturing in Fremont continues, the change marks a major shift in how the local plant will be used and what kinds of jobs and activity it may host going forward.
