FREMONT, CA — Who's planning on gardening this weekend?

Some of us get outside into our yards whenever possible to tend flowers, vegetables, berries, trees and bushes. Francine Lozoya recently sent us photos, most of them flowers. This is the first that we have features - roses in her neighbor's yard.
