510 South Bay, 780 Peninsula Customers Still Without Power
Overall, service is restored to 97 percent of Bay Area customers since storm outbreak.

PG&E is reporting this morning it has restored power to 97 percent of customers in the Bay Area after rain and strong winds swept the area Thursday.
Of the 223,310 customers impacted in the Bay Area, service to all but 6,390 customers has been restored as of 8:00 a.m. today, the utility said.
Service to all customers in San Francisco has been restored.

In the East Bay 890 customers are still without service, while in the North Bay that number is 4,210.
The number of South Bay customers without service is 510 and on the Peninsula the number is 780.

A power outage to the Larkin substation in San Francisco Thursday knocked out service to more than 80,000 customers, and PG&E is reporting that service to all the affected customers has been restored as of this morning.
Crews from Oregon, Washington and Southern California have responded to help PG&E restore service.
