Coroner IDs Gilroy Motorcyclist Killed In Mtn. View Accident
The 24 year old died at a hospital after the Thursday collision.

The Santa Clara County medical examiner’s office has identified the motorcyclist who died in a collision with a car in Mountain View this morning as Gilroy resident Karl Holladay.
Holladay, 24, died at a hospital after the collision, which occurred on southbound Moffett Boulevard just south of state Highway 85 at about 11 a.m., according to police spokesman Sgt Saul Jaeger. The driver of the car involved in the collision did not suffer any injuries and cooperated with investigators, police said.
Police said neither drugs nor alcohol appear to have been involved in the collision.

Police closed Moffett Boulevard until just after 5 p.m. this evening as officers investigated the collision, according to police. Police said the cause of the collision is still under investigation.
