Anyone want to trade your coast side home-property for a 3/1 house in RWC?

We’re retiring from Stanford and don’t need the short (6 mile) commute anymore…. We’ve always loved the coast but worried about the daily drive. If you’re tired of driving over the hill and hate paying outrageous taxes/commisions & fees etc ! Contact us with your ideas. The house is on the Alameda xst Massachusetts and backs up to the Hetch-Hetchy (water pipeline) open space. Private yard with only two wonderful neighbors on the sides. Always great weather and close to everything! No great rush, I’m just seeing if there’s any interest.
