2008          Fumé Blanc  This 100% Sauvignon Blanc was made from grapes that were certified organic and Biodynamic at their cool American Canyon and Carneros vineyards. Elegant flavors of tropical fruit, lemon grass and a touch of mineral at the end of the long finish.

2009          Chardonnay  Crafted from grapes that were certified organic and Biodynamic, this Chardonnay did not undergo malolactic fermentation, preserving its wonderful acidity.  This wine displays aromas of orange blossom honey and toasted almonds with a hint of tropical fruit and crushed stone on the finish.

2006          Merlot  This is a Cabernet lovers' Merlot! Packed with flavors of cherries, blackberries and a hint of dried herbs on the finish.

2006          Cabernet Sauvignon  All of the grapes were grown at the estate vineyards, which are certified organic and Biodynamic. The result is an elegant wine with aromas of black cherries and licorice with a long finish. Full bodied with smooth tannins.

2007          Zinfandel  Grown at the estate vineyard in Calistoga, nestled in northern tip of Napa Valley, our Zinfandel grapes are certified organic and Biodynamic. Classic Zinfandel flavors of strawberries, raspberries and plums

2008          Violetta, Late Harvest  Predominantly Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling with some Gewurztraminer. Ripe white peaches, orange blossom honey and toasted almonds are prominent in the nose and the wine's incredible depth coats the mouth with flavors that linger forever.
