(5:00) Call to Order -- Councilmember self-introductions
1. Public Comment (Members of the public may speak up to 3 minutes on any topic not on the agenda. The Council may not discuss or take action on items not on the agenda.)

2. Regular Agenda - The Council holds this special meeting due to the necessity to submit comments to the Planning Commission in advance of their November 12 meeting, following release of the staff report on November 6.

a. Revised Big Wave North Parcel Alternative Project (PLN2013-00451).
Desired Outcome: Council will approve comments to the Planning Commission on the October 29, 2014, revised project.

b. Deteriorated “rip rap” armoring at Montara Beach and other Midcoast
locations.
Desired Outcome: Council will review and approve brief comments for Coastal Commission November 12 public comment.
