PHOTOS: Queueing Up for Crab

The docks at Pillar Point Harbor swarmed with activity in the days before Christmas.

Laden with ice chests, residents from around the Bay Area made their way to just outside Half Moon Bay for a supply of fresh holiday Dungeness crab.

On Friday, as many as 30 customers waited patiently in line for up to an hour at the SeaRyder boat operated by fisherman Jacob Walding and his wife. Walding is also the Deputy Harbormaster at Pillar Point Harbor.

If you missed the , there's still a chance to buy some for . Walding says he'll continue to bring in crab this week and will be selling off his boat at Pillar Point Harbor.
