Colindres was quickly identified as a suspect and police released his name and description to the media, asking for the public to be on the lookout for him or his 2003 silver Toyota Camry. But since then neither Colindres nor the Camry has been located.

Colindres is described as a Hispanic man standing 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 125 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. The Camry has California license plate number 6CGN644.

He is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees him has been asked to call 911 and anyone with information about his location has been asked to call the U.S. Marshals tip line at (800) 336-0102 or email usms.wanted@udoj.gov.
