Autumn Shrubs Workshop 10/15

In this interactive demonstration, learn how to make your own seasonal shrub – a seasonally-based drinking vinegar made from freshly muddled fruit juice and aromatics sourced from local farms- and how to bottle it up for the perfect holiday gift.

With the instruction of SHED’s fermentation crafter, you’ll sample and learn to make variety of shrubs and their low-alcohol cousins, shims, and explore the flavor components in each one. You’ll be introduced to a world of creative cocktails that you can make at home.

Each shrub will be paired with a taste from our kitchen to highlight its seasonal flavors. Workshop participants will receive a 10% off coupon for purchases in the SHED retail store the day of the event, perfect on stocking up on crocks and other fermentation supplies!
