Starting this week and continuing on the last Thursday of every month at least until the end of the year, the two restaurants will donate ten percent of receipts from 3:00 pm until closing to the Community Foundation.

Since it was founded in 2003, the endowment — which is funded exclusively by local residents – has awarded over $220,000 to charities and schools in Healdsburg, Geyserville and the surrounding areas.
El Farolito has been a downtown Healdsburg restaurant for almost 30 years, located just off the Plaza at 128 Plaza St. Specialties include their popular camarones borachos (shrimp sautéed in tequila) and molcajete (grilled steak, chicken and shrimp in a special sauce that is mixed with a mortar and pestle).
Agave Restaurant and Tequila Bar is a relative newcomer to the area, opening in the Vine Street (Safeway) shopping center just over a year ago. They feature authentic regional dishes with rich, unique flavors from Oaxaca and South Pacific Mexico, and have an assortment of tequilas on hand for straight or mixed drinks.
