Anyone with information can call 1-800-835-5247.
Other reminders and notices from the CHP:
Many areas are without power, resulting in deactivated traffic signal lights. The CHP reminds the public that dysfunctional traffic signals must be treated as all-way stop signs. Please check carefully at each intersection before proceeding through.
Damage was reported to structures within the City of Napa. At this time, the Napa Police Department requests that people avoid the areas of damage, and to avoid entering Napa area if you have no urgent business there.
The Go Pro Grand Prix scheduled today at Sonoma Raceway is still on, and all roadways accessing Sonoma Raceway (US-101, SR-37, I--80) are open as normal.
