Coming Up In Healdsburg: A Rose Rendezvous at SIMI Winery

SIMI Winery is hosting a Gold Medal Dry Rosé tasting event on Saturday, May 30, at its Healdsburg winery to celebrate its recent Rosé Competition.

SIMI Winery recently invited wineries from across the nation to submit their Dry Rosés for consideration. With more than 192 bottles of Dry Rosé submitted, a team of expert sommeliers judged each wine and awarded 11 prized rosé bottles with a Double Gold Medal. To celebrate these winners, SIMI Winery is hosting its “Rosé Rendezvous.”

Enjoy an afternoon of fun, food and delicious Gold Medal Dry Rosé wines. In addition to SIMI’s own Sonoma County Dry Rosé, guests will have the opportunity to taste through more than 20 award-winning rosés from wineries across the United States.

And ... SIMI Executive Chef Kolin Vazzoler will be on site, cooking up tasty noshes while the eclectic band Full Chizel provides the perfect soundtrack to kick off the summer season.

SIMI Winery is at 16275 Healdsburg Ave. The event will be from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. The price is $35 per person, which includes all sips, bites and a rosé glass to take home.
