County Accepting Waitlist Applications For Healdsburg 4-Bedrooms

The Sonoma County Housing Authority has opened a waitlist application period for 4-bedroom affordable housing units in Healdsburg.

HEALDSBURG, CA — The Sonoma County Housing Authority opened a 30-day application period Monday for a new, project-based voucher waitlist tied to four-bedroom affordable housing units at Riverfield Homes in Healdsburg.

The waiting list is specifically for households of five to 10 people who require four-bedroom units; households with fewer than five people are not eligible for this list, according to the Sonoma County Housing Authority.

Those interested in securing a spot on the waitlist must submit their application by Friday, Feb. 7. Applications can be completed online at Waitlistcheck.com/CA085 or in person between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Housing Authority's offices, 1440 Guerneville Road in Santa Rosa.

Online applications must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7; if applying in person, the applications must be completed and turned in by 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7 to the Housing Authority in Santa Rosa.
