Cyrus to Close in Late October

As we this year, the lengthy legal battles between and its landlord, the were steadily escalating.

Now, this week, it appears that the issues have been resolved amicably.

According to articles in both the Press Democrat and the San Francisco Chronicle, Cyrus chef-owner Douglas Keane has agreed to vacate the current restaurant space inside the Les Mars Hotel by the end of October.

He will retain the name and recipes of the acclaimed Michelin two-star eatery and the option to open in another location.

Les Mars Hotel owner Bill Foley will keep the restaurant space for likely use as a new high-end restaurant, according to the articles.

Both articles quote Keane as saying he was relieved that the fighting was over.
