DUI Arrest No. 5 for Sonoma County Man
The 39 year old is being held under $100,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned Friday afternoon

Petaluma police arrested a man late Wednesday night on suspicion of what would be his fifth DUI in 10 years, a police sergeant said.
A police K-9 officer tried to stop a 1995 Chrysler Concorde with an expired registration shortly before 11:40 p.m. on Lakeville Highway near Marina Boulevard, Sgt. Ron Klein said.
The driver, Kennedy Musasizi, 39, of Petaluma, kept driving 35-45 mph and turned left onto Casa Grande Road. Musasizi finally stopped in the Arroyo Shopping Center at Casa Grande Road and South McDowell Boulevard and was arrested on suspicion of DUI, Klein said.
