Photos and artifacts from the Civil War to the present will illustrate many facets including shared sacrifice on the home front during wartime, advertising and propaganda, horrors and heroism, victory gardens, Civil Defense, military uniforms and medals.

There will also be very large bulletin board for visitors to share their own photos of wartime service and/or peace movement participation.

Camp in Windsor; the City of Healdsburg adoption of a U.S. Army Battalion during the Korean War; and the current efforts of Mary St. Clair and the Healdsburg SOS (Support Our Soldiers) organization to send care packages to soldiers stationed in Afghanistan.
