This month, we will open this season’s Winemaker Dinner Series with the exquisite wines of Lynmar Estate. Nestled in the heart of the Russian River Valley, Lynmar’s Quail Hill Estate has etched it’s place in Sonoma County’s great wine-producing heritage. With it’s original vines dating back forty years, Lynmar Estate established itself as a grower of premium Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, supplying to several of Sonoma County’s prominent winemaker’s such as Tony Soter and Merry Edwards. In 1990, they began producing small amounts of their own Pinot Noir and Chardonnay which continues today under the guidance of winemaker Bibiana Gonzalez Rave. From vine to cellar, Lynmar practices meticulous and sustainable winegrowing to craft wines with a balance ofrichness and elegance.
Join Dry Creek Kitchen Chef Dustin Valette and winemaker Bibiana Gonzalez Rave for an elegant four-course menu that highlights and complements the nuances of thesedelicious wines.
