The first annual Russian River Mud Run takes place on the campus of Rio Lindo Adventist Academy and the banks of the Russian River. The course is located just 3 ½ miles south of Healdsburg, CA in beautiful Sonoma County. This mud run offers 2 running distances with a 5k and 10k course. 18 unique, fun and challenging obstacles are laid out on this course and consist of multiple terrain surfaces, elevation changes, man-made and natural obstacles including parts of the Russian River. Gorgeous views of the Russian River valley and surrounding vineyards are just a few of the many perks offered at the Russian River Mud Run. Each participant also receives a custom long-sleeve T, race dog tags and pancakes for participating in the race!
