Have you ever met a barn owl or a red-tailed hawk or a turkey vulture face-to-face? This unique opportunity awaits you at the third annual Bird Day at Schlumberger. This fundraiser for the Sonoma County Bird Rescue Center features a show and tell of various amazing raptors from the center, presented in our organic garden under our majestic 200 year old oak tree. Festivities will also include a feeder and spotting scope display by Wild Birds Unlimited, and a bird walk competition with a bottle of wine going to each member of the team which identifies the most species on our stunningly beautiful Estate - you're welcome to join a team with one of our local bird experts or form your own team. Fantastic food, wine, conversation, activities, and (of course) birds all await you at Bird Day. See you there!
