First Course~
Chilled grilled prawns with an avocado mousse and alfalfa sprouts.
*2010 Chardonnay Classique~ Mendocino
A real beauty!  Bright, golden, with a nose of  honeysuckle and luscious tropical  fruit.

Second Course~
Duck confit and lamb sausage  cassoulet.
*2009 Pinot Noir Reserve~ Monterey
A glass full of rubies! This Pinot has a bouquet laden with pomegranates, sour cherries, rose petal, orange peel and mulling spices.

Main Course~
Braised short ribs with butternut squash puree and Swiss chard.
*2007  Cabernet Sauvignon~ Battuello Vineyard St.
Helena

From old vines in St. Helena. Reminiscent of briary, dark berries and a hint of charcoal.  Tannins are copious, but very smooth. Delicious!

Dessert Course~
Flourless peanut butter chocolate cake with salted caramel and candied peanuts. *Gluten  free.
*2007 Syrah Noir~ (Cuvee Donnis)
Mendocino

A true show stopper! The hallmarks of a great Syrah are there-gorgeous, rich, dark fruits  and a most silky mouthfeel.
