The Tres Agaves Tequila Dinner is October 11 at Agave Mexican Restaurant in the Vine St. Plaza. Special guest will be Erik Rubin, owner of Tres Agaves Tequila.
The highlight of the night is Cabrito, slow cooked in agave leaves, avocado leaves and a sauce made of guajillo peppers from Mexico, Gilroy garlic and Dry Creek syrah. It will be served with black refried beans infused with chile de arbol and toasted avocado leafs. Homemade guacamole on the side with fresh onion and cilantro, the Mexican way.
It will start at 6 pm sharp, with bocadillos & cocktails; main course will be at 6:30 pm as well as Tres Agaves Tequila tasting. Price is $40.00 dollars it includes cabrito, tequila, tax and gratuity.
