Parents and minors were involved in the fights, and two Windsor women were arrested, police said.
WINDSOR, CA — Two people were arrested and at least two people were injured when multiple fights broke out Friday night during a Windsor High School football game.
Shortly after 8 p.m. Friday, a physical fight involving about 20 teenagers broke out during the game near the entrance/exit gate, Windsor police Sgt. Jeffery Toney said in a news release.
Some parents became involved in the fight and were contacted by law enforcement.

The involved juveniles were identified and known by the Windsor High School resource officer, who intervened and attempted to break up the fight while requesting additional assistance from other deputies, the sergeant said.
As additional deputies arrived, the teenagers ran through Keiser Park, police said.

Within 35 minutes of the initial fight that broke out at the school, Windsor deputies were sent to the intersection of Binggelli Drive and Starr View Drive. Multiple 911 callers said 20-30 people were fighting with baseball bats at the intersection.
There were "additional reports of people yelling that they were going to shoot each other," Toney said.
Police believe the fights were gang-related.
As deputies arrived at the scene of the second fight, the majority of the crowd left.
"It was determined that half of the juveniles had responded to this area to seek retribution for the initial fight," Toney said.
One of the teenagers was hit with a blunt object and suffered a laceration to his head. He was taken by ambulance to a local hospital.
A second teenager suffered a leg injury and was also taken to a hospital.
Deputies arrested two women on suspicion of battery charges for their suspected involvement in the second fight.
Police identified the women as 60-year-old Windsor resident Lydia Garcia and 42-year-old Windsor resident Sophelia Gomes. Both were booked into Sonoma County jail.
"The Windsor Police Department is actively investigating this incident," Toney said. "If you have any information regarding this incident, you are encouraged to contact the Windsor Police Department at 707-565-2121."
