Gather Up Your Old Documents, Healdsburg!

HEALDSBURG, CA – Healdsburg is hosting a free paper-shredding event on Saturday, Sept. 24 from 9 a.m, to 1 p.m. at the Healdsburg Community Center.

As identity theft continues to be a growing problem nationwide, it is more important than ever for individuals to properly destroy documents that contain personal information by methods such as shredding, the city said.

Bring your personal or sensitive documents to be shredded. Limit of three boxes per vehicle.

Service will be on a first-come, first-served basis and limited to the capacity of one commercial-sized shredding truck. Small clips, and staples, do not need to be removed.

While the service is free, a non-perishable donation to the food bank would be appreciated.
