Healdsburg Attorney gets 'Distinguished' Rating

Healdsburg attorneywas recently awarded the “Distinguished” rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

A "distinguished" status signifies strong legal ability and high professional ethics. This award is earned through a strenuous peer review rating process managed and monitored by Martindale-Hubbell, a legal resource index.

Fitzpatrick has 30 years experience in assisting clients locally and internationally.

He has published articles in the “California Real Estate Reporter,” the Sonoma County Bar Association “Bar Briefs” and other publications and has served on the editorial board of the California State Bar’s real property law section’s publication, the California Real Estate Reporter and the Mathew Bender publication “California Transaction Guide”.

Fitzpatrick also has personal experience in vineyard management and the formation of a mutual water company. He has represented clients buying and selling vineyards and wineries in Sonoma and Napa Counties and also with water rights, rural roads, easements, boundary issues and title issues.
