Resources for Over-65 and Other Vulnerable Populations: Sonoma County has shared some local resources for the over-65 and other vulnerable populations, such as those with chronic health conditions. They include grocery delivery/pick-up/senior hours, meal services, pharmacy delivery/drive-up windows, and emotional support and legal services.
