JUST IN: Deputies Responding To Bank Robbery In Windsor

SONOMA COUNTY, CA -- A bank robbery was reported this afternoon in the Lakewood Shopping Center in the Town of Windsor, and the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office is asking residents to avoid the immediate region as an investigation is underway.

"Please stay out of the area, and allow the deputies to focus on the crime scene," officials said.

The shopping area is on Brooks Road South near the main Windsor exit off of Highway 101.
